New Fitness Show & “Healthyfied” Recipes

I am so excited to announce that I will be launching a new fitness show called “C’est la Vie with Selah V!” on emPOWERme.tv! The show features workouts, interviews with celebrity and fitness professionals and “healthyfied” recipes created by me! Recipe renovation is a huge passion of mine and I am delighted to share 5 new recipes today on my site. These recipes will also be featured on my new show as they are the healthy versions of my celebrity guests “sinful favorites”.

One of the ways I encourage people to lose weight and keep it off is by finding or creating healthy substitutes for your favorite foods. Sometimes it is impossible to get rid of a craving. And if you’re like me, you may have cravings for certain things like sweets (me!) all the time! Rather than constantly trying to resist, why not find a healthy version of what you crave and enjoy that?

In my “healthyfied” recipes, you’ll see many foreign ingredients. There is a learning curve when you are first starting to renovate recipes and a lot of these items can only be found in specialty stores or online.
