Change It Up and Ask For Help
I’m sure you’ve heard at least once how important it is to change up your fitness routine. The theory of muscle confusion has reached the vernacular by now and most people seem to know they should try and avoid homeostasis. I do believe this theory is true and I myself have experienced the value of changing it up and challenging the body. However, it’s one thing to understand a theory…its a whole different thing to put it into practice!
Recently, I realized I was so busy caring for all of my clients that I hadn’t stopped to plan for myself. I was sorta just scrambling to squeeze any workout in and not really focusing on sculpting my body. Therefore, I wasn’t getting the results that I wanted. I decided to hire a colleague of mine, Kendall Lou Schmidt, to design a plan for me. Kendall got me back to where it all began for me: weight lifting 5X/week combined with high intensity cardio training.
Honestly, I have to admit I was very proud of myself when I hired her. It felt like it took courage and humility to get guidance from another fitness professional. To really leave all of what I thought was “right” and be open to another person’s ideas. But boy am I glad I did! Within a month, Kendall’s plan helped me to lose inches all over my body. I am refocused and my mindset is determined, as I don’t want to let her down. I also now got a glimpse into my client’s world as I see how they must feel when I train them. Even trainers need trainers!
This whole experience has been so eye opening to me. I’ve learned so much about my body and what it is capable of. I also really learned the value of asking for help. There is not one elite athlete that doesn’t have a coach, and although I’m not sure of the statistics, I’m betting most successful people in any area of life have an advisor or mentor.
Maybe you’re the cardio junkie who sticks to the treadmill or elliptical. Or maybe you’re a yoga fanatic or Pilates fiend. I strongly encourage you to switch it up, try a new plan for a while and maybe even hire someone to help you for a short period of time.

Вокруг обсадной трубы выкапывают котлован с запасом на 20-30 см больше диаметра пластикового кессона. Выравнивают дно.Опускают кессон отверстием на обсадную трубу. Фиксируют трубу к корпусу кессона. Точность и аккуратность установки напрямую влияет на качество пользования и срок службы кессона.К кессону через боковые отверстия в его стенке подсоединяют трубы водопровода и вывода на внешний поливочный кран, подсоединяется питающий кабель, всё аккуратно закрепляется крепежными болтами.Обсадная труба должна быть обрезана до нужной высоты с учетом кессона. В скважину спускается насос через оголовок. Подключают все трубы, закрепляя болтами. на оголовке.Устанавливают в кессоне гидроаккумулятор и системы автоматики, розетка со шнуром для подключения электрического кабеля.Подводят трубы и электрический кабель к домуЗакрывают крышку кессона. Засыпают щели выкопанной землей. Литой пластиковый корпус кессона, а также его установка на глубине 2 м (это ниже промерзания грунта) защищает скважину и оборудование от замерзания в холодное время года.Монтаж пластикового кессона и обустройство скважины завешено и можно пользоваться скважиной.
