About Selah V!  
Selah Victor is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and currently works with clients ranging in age from 16 to 92 throughout Los Angeles.  She trains people from every walk of life: Celebrities, Politicians, Entertainment Industry Professionals, Seniors, Athletes, and Children, with overall health and wellness.  She has been a trainer for over 10 years and teaches all areas of fitness:  weights, cardio, dance, yoga, pilates, and water therapy.  

In addition to personal training, Selah is also a Group Fitness Instructor with Equinox Fitness Clubs teaching classes such as Boot Camp, Cardio Sculpt, Core Fusion, and Buff Ballet.  She also runs C’est La Vie Boot Camp at Holmby Park in Los Angeles as well as C’est La Vie Running Classes.
